Your role in our mission
Prosper is building a world-class client service organization within its Capital Markets team. We’re looking for a talented, experienced analyst to support primary day-to-day account management for institutional investor relationships. This individual will be a self-starter with strong attention to detail, business acumen, problem solving and organizational skills to deliver real-time solutions that satisfy client needs. The individual will report to the Director of Capital Markets, with the opportunity to grow into a direct ownership role over some of Prosper’s largest institutional investor accounts.
How you’ll make an impact
Provide ongoing relationship management and support day-to-day responsibilities for existing institutional investor accounts.
Interface directly with investors, lenders and other third-party stakeholders to come up with best-in-class solutions that satisfy client needs.
Support content and due diligence processes associated with Capital Markets transactions, such as securitizations, warehouse facilities and onboarding prospective loan buyers.
Work cross-functionally with Prosper's internal stakeholders to develop technical and operational solutions.
Query and use data in Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Excel to perform analysis.
Assist with monthly investor reporting responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks.
Skills that will help you thrive
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or a related field
2+ years of experience in a client-oriented role at a fintech or financial services company
Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel
Proven ability and desire to provide exceptional client service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
Willingness to learn new skills and embrace a team-first culture
Goal oriented, self-motivated and results driven
Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus
