Summary of Position:

Forming part of a small but dynamic team which provides a 360” service to applicants seeking to obtain a listing on a recognized stock exchange. The position requires a varied skillset with a passion for numbers being fundamental. The position will give provide the opportunity to interact with all stakeholders and will provide exposure to the capital markets industry and all the various players within the sector including regulator, market operator and professionals working within the field.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Financial analysis of relevant financial information

• Assistance in preparation of financial analysis summary on listing applicants

• Assistance in reviewing financial due diligence reports.

• Preparation and filing of listing application suite of documentation

• Research on applicable statutory and regulatory frameworks

• Liaising with all applicable stakeholders

• Proof reading of documentation

• General administrative support

Requirements

Whilst experience and qualifications in financial services will be considered as an asset, we are ready

to consider applications from any individuals who demonstrate the necessary aptitude and interest

for the industry, particularly individuals who are comfortable with numbers and want to improve and

build on their financial analysis and report writing skills

Skills Requirements:

• Be a peoples person, comfortable to work and interact within a multidisciplinary team and eager to

• build working relationships with client personnel

• Attention to detail in all aspects of their work

• Have an interest in learning financial analytical skills and be good with numbers

• Able to communicate effectively and professionally in written format
