Role Overview  

As a Capacity Planning Manager(Lastmile Management), you will lead the execution of logistics capacity planning across last mile and middle mile operations. This role is responsible for executing the action plans including managing daily and monthly capacity, and driving operational efficiency through data-driven workforce and performance analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and cost-effective logistics execution.

 

What You Will Do 

  • Lead the execution and coordination of capacity planning models for last mile logistics, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
  • Own the daily and monthly manpower and asset planning processes, and collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Analyze driver performance and cost models to identify productivity gaps and optimize route/area-level efficiency.
  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of workforce planning tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational agility.

What You Will Do
  • Support the execution of capacity planning models for last mile logistics, ensuring consistency with operational guidelines.
  • Perform daily and monthly manpower and asset planning activities, working with operations teams to ensure timely completion.
  • Analyze basic driver performance and cost data to identify trends and support efficiency improvements at the route or area level.
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing workforce planning tools to improve forecasting accuracy and operational responsiveness.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support business decision‑making.
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in planning operations.
  • Hands‑on experience in data processing, analysis, and building basic analytical models.
  • Strong attention to detail with a data‑driven mindset.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with Tableau and SQL/Python.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in logistics last mile or middle mile operations.
  • Basic English verbal communication skills for discussion.
