We are looking for an experienced Candidate Screening Coordinator with a strong background in international voice processes (preferably UK). This role is critical in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and accurate documentation for global recruitment operations.
Role and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to gather required information from candidates for international processes.
Communicate effectively via calls and emails to ensure timely updates and clarifications.
Review submitted CVs for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Identify and flag discrepancies or gaps for further investigation.
Reach out to candidates for missing information or additional documentation.
Execute exceptions raised by clients with precision and compliance.
Perform reference checks and verification as needed.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and candidate experience throughout the process.
Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate or HSC from any stream.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in handling international voice processes (UK process preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong articulation.
Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts or permanent night shifts.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under tight timelines.
