What you’ll be doing: The Educator HR Generalist will play a key role in ensuring that Zen Educate is an amazing and responsible employer for the thousands of educators working on the Zen platform. The day to day responsibilities of this role includes: Safeguarding and compliance: Supporting with safeguarding concerns raised by schools, and escalating as appropriate Educator HR: Handle day to day queries related to HR policies, pay, onboarding and offboarding and anything else to ensure our educators are fully supported working with Zen Complaints: Manage and triage educator complaints, conduct investigations where required and ensure timely and fair resolution Policies: Support in maintaining clear and up to date HR policies, handbooks and processes for our educators. Ensure new or updated policies are communicated clearly and in a timely manner to our Educators.
