We are seeking a Manager, Candidate Experience to lead our recruitment coordination team into the future. In this innovative role, you will be in charge of reimagining our coordination function, transitioning it from a manual, high-volume operation to a strategic, AI-powered center of excellence. Your primary focus will be on two key areas: guiding the adoption and optimization of AI tools and technology to streamline processes and freeing up the team to focus on creating an extraordinary, high-touch candidate experience.
You will lead the team through a significant period of change, coaching them on new skills and shifting their focus from task-based work to strategic partnership with recruiters and candidates. This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule following the establishment of a Lyft office in Nashville — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Lyft considers working in the office at least 3 days per week to be an essential function of this hybrid role. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid
The expected base pay range for this position in the Nashville area is $88,560 - $110,700, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
