Responsibilities
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to successfully achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support the team lead in establishing structured workflows and guidelines to enhance overall team productivity and efficiency.
Oversee and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring that project goals are consistently met within established timelines.
Analyze business needs to develop comprehensive solutions and drive seamless implementation.
Identify and troubleshoot user challenges, delivering practical and innovative solutions.
Take ownership of additional ad-hoc tasks to support team and organizational objectives.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Web3 and finance industries
Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance
Collaborate across teams to help optimize and potentially combine campaigns under one central theme
Good understanding of DEX Liquidity Strategy
Great logical thinking ability, communication skills, self-driven and quick-learner
Have a sense of responsibility, self-motivation and a strong capability
Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
