About the Role

As a Campaign Manager, you'll be the driving force behind exceptional customer experiences. You'll coordinate campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring every client receives the attention and results they deserve. Your keen eye for detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities will help build lasting client relationships and deliver outstanding campaign performance.

What You'll Do

Onboarding & Campaign Setup

  • Build strong relationships with advertisers and agencies to create a loyal customer base
  • Coordinate receipt of online creative materials to meet all campaign deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with Sales, CSM, and Product Ops teams about campaign status and execution
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email with a supportive, solution-focused approach
  • Provide regular order status and performance updates to Sales Representatives
  • Ensure accurate revenue forecasting and recognition on a weekly basis

Campaign Fulfillment

  • Set up automated reporting systems and manage manual client reporting deliveries
  • Develop and execute effective campaign fulfillment strategies
  • Monitor campaign delivery with regular quality assurance checks and optimize performance
  • Deliver weekly product/client reporting with actionable insights
  • Process campaign changes while setting proper expectations around impact and timing
  • Handle lead returns while maintaining system accuracy
  • Secure necessary proof of delivery and complete month-end close tasks
  • What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience as a Customer Service Representative or Sales Administrator
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • A familiarity with Excel spreadsheets
  • Reliability and collaborative spirit
  • Professional phone manner and client management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
  • Quick thinking and decisive problem-solving abilities
