Campaign Analyst

Role description

• As a campaign analyst, you will work closely with the US Applications team. Your role would involve taking ownership of data scrubbing in excel.
• The role would also involve monitoring and analyzing the calls to effectively communicate issues and concerns to the Applications team.

Responsibilities

• Data processing in Excel
• Manually approving calls on an internal tool
• Monitoring the call dashboard and taking appropriate actions
• Escalating any technical issues to the relevant stakeholders and raising red flags if any

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with an eye for details.
• Strong Excel skills

Shift Details

• Timings - 6pm to 4 am IST (US Shift)
