Campaign Activation Analyst
TLDR
Support the end-to-end activation of audience segments across DSPs, ensuring campaigns are optimized to deliver effective advertising outcomes for diverse brands and agencies.

Assist with the setup and trafficking of programmatic campaigns across platforms including The Trade Desk and DV360

Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance — flagging anomalies and recommending optimizations

Support audience segment activation, QA processes, and platform troubleshooting

Collaborate with the Measurement and Sales teams to align campaign delivery with client KPIs

Maintain campaign documentation, reporting templates, and workflow trackers

Develop familiarity with Samba's audience data products and how they translate into targeting strategies

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (Class of 2026 preferred)

Genuine interest in programmatic media, ad tech, or digital advertising

Analytical and detail-oriented — comfortable working in spreadsheets and campaign dashboards

Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Exposure to DSPs or ad platforms a plus but not required — we'll teach you
