Are you a qualified Psychologist looking for a rewarding role where you can truly change lives? We’re recruiting for a Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to join the team at an independent specialist day school in Hinckley, Leicestershire. Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver specialist psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
  • Work collaboratively with educational and residential teams to create therapeutic living and learning environments.
  • Provide consultation, training, and guidance to staff to ensure clinically informed care.
  • Contribute to a joined-up clinical model across schools and children’s homes.
  • Support the development of strategies that promote positive outcomes for young people.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • HCPC registration as a Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist
  • Experience in assessing, formulating, and delivering interventions for children and young people with complex needs
  • Ability to provide consultation and training to staff teams
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach

Desirable:

  • Experience within SEMH or SEND settings
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and neurodevelopmental conditions
