Position: Call Centre Agent
Location: Remote
Full-Time, US hours (9am-5pm EST)
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting call center operations, admissions, CRM/EMR data, and insurance pre‑admission processes
- Managing outbound calling and marketing campaigns
- Maintaining CRM database and prescreening tools
- Coordinating client intake logistics
- Engaging with clients, families, and referral sources
- Supporting billing processes and financial coordination
- Monitoring calls, social media, and SEO feeds
- Assisting with internal and external marketing coordination
- Handling emergency situations and maintaining compliance standards
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Healthcare
- Experience with CRM, EMR, VoIP, and Microsoft Office 365
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing workload
- Professional, patient, and client‑focused demeanor
