Call Centre Agent

Position: Call Centre Agent

Location: Remote

Full-Time, US hours (9am-5pm EST)

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting call center operations, admissions, CRM/EMR data, and insurance pre‑admission processes
  • Managing outbound calling and marketing campaigns
  • Maintaining CRM database and prescreening tools
  • Coordinating client intake logistics
  • Engaging with clients, families, and referral sources
  • Supporting billing processes and financial coordination
  • Monitoring calls, social media, and SEO feeds
  • Assisting with internal and external marketing coordination
  • Handling emergency situations and maintaining compliance standards

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Healthcare
  • Experience with CRM, EMR, VoIP, and Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing workload
  • Professional, patient, and client‑focused demeanor
