About the Role
As a Call Centre Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers — handling enquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a consistently great experience. You don't need to be a sales expert; you do need to enjoy talking to people and solving problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally and promptly
- Resolve complaints and escalate where necessary, following company procedures
- Update customer records accurately in the CRM after each interaction
- Meet daily call-handling targets and quality standards
- Support outbound follow-up calls as needed
- Work closely with team leaders to identify and flag recurring issues
What You'll Need
- Experience with customer-facing roles, ideally in a call centre environment
- Clear, professional spoken English with strong listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer management tools
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult conversations with care
