Your mission
We are looking for you to join our Sungrow team as our new Call Center EU Intern!
What does a Call Center EU Intern do, you might ask?
Well, this role is allowed to do the best part of our everyday work – to still the hunger for sustainable energy!
In a little more detail, this is what you will do in your day to day job:
- Data Analyze of Hotline and Service Ticket in EMEA region.
- Use the results of the analysis to help optimize the hotline plan and ticket handling processes.
- Support the Hotline Service Partner in their daily work, for example account creation and training material support.
- Coordinate with internal resources for hotline partners.
- Optimize current report with DATA analyze tools.
Your profile
All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role?
- Preferably have some experience of data analysis using Power BI or Excel and Python.
- Understand basic engineering work structure.
- Communicate well in a multicultural environment.
- Multilingual is a big plus.
- Have a strong willingness to work with a dynamic team.
- Fast learner and analytical skills are a must.
- English (C1), German (C1) or Chinese (C1). Additional European languages are a plus.
