Inbound Sales Associate (Entry-Level)

Big Brand Tire & Service is looking for driven, friendly, and curious go-getters to join our Inbound Sales team. Whether you’re answering a call, solving a problem, or recommending services — you’ll be the first voice of Big Brand and the starting point of a fast-track career.

No grease, no lifting, no need to be a car expert (yet). We’ll train you.

What You’ll Do:

• Chat with customers over the phone and help schedule services
• Recommend the right products and services (don’t worry — we’ll teach you how)
• Learn the ins and outs of the automotive world
• Support our stores and work closely with service teams across multiple states
• Get prepared to level up into a Sales Advisor role (yes, we promote from within!)

What You Bring:

• Customer service experience (think retail, food service, or call center)
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
• Strong communication skills — you’re a natural with people
• Organized, detail-focused, and ready to juggle a few tasks at once
• Excited to grow your career, not just clock in and out
