Support the Café Lead in creating a vibrant community space through food preparation and excellent customer service while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation and stocking as directed by café supervisor
Prepare breakfast, lunch, and catering items according to the day’s plan
Ensure that the café is set up in the morning and broken down correctly at the end of each day and that the space is clean, stocked, organized, and inviting at the end of each day
Assist with the purchase of food and supplies
Provide excellent customer service
Assist in the maintenance of the drinks and coffee station
Delivering food according to the planned schedule
Stock all items as needed throughout the day
Put away the new inventory in a timely manner
Maintain a clean environment
Help with other areas of the café as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience required
Experience in a food service required
Prepare a large volume of food in a short time frame
