🧑‍🏫 Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in executing lessons and classroom activities
  • Motivate students to stay engaged and focused during lessons
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning atmosphere
  • Monitor and support the progress and wellbeing of students
  • Comply with safeguarding standards to ensure student safety

Requirements

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in Welsh - essential for working in Welsh-medium schools
  • A caring and patient approach to supporting young learners
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with pupils and staff
  • Experience in education or working with children
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for us to process one)
  • Right to work and reside in the UK
