We are seeking an experienced QA Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team within a leading logistics and e-commerce company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring software quality across multiple platforms and systems. Working in a dynamic environment with focus on reliability, you'll contribute to mission-critical deployments and system implementations. Position – how you’ll contribute
- Execute comprehensive manual testing (regression, functional, smoke, exploratory) across web and mobile platforms (Android – Zebra courier terminals)
- Plan and estimate testing scope for new features and releases, collaborating with development and product teams
- Create and maintain test documentation including test cases, test plans, and detailed operating instructions for non-standard processes
- Report and track defects in JIRA with clear reproduction steps, severity assessment, and test evidence
- Participate in deployment activities including pre- and post-implementation testing and go-live support
- Support system analysis and participate in business analysis sessions to define test scope and quality acceptance criteria
Expectations – the experience you need
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in software testing (preferably e-commerce, logistics, or similar regulated environments)
- Proven expertise in manual testing with strong documentation and test case design skills
- Advanced JIRA proficiency – task creation, issue tracking, custom workflows, and reporting
- Working knowledge of SQL (MSSQL, PostgreSQL) for basic queries, JOIN operations, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with API testing – ability to construct and execute test scenarios for REST and SOAP services
- Understanding of version control (GitLab) – ability to review changes and track code modifications
- Strong communication skills – ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Flexibility and reliability – willingness to participate in out-of-hours deployments and weekend on-call support
Additional skills – the edge you have
- CI/CD pipeline familiarity – experience monitoring and triggering automated test jobs in Jenkins
- ISTQB certification or equivalent testing methodology knowledge
- Data analysis – ability to work with database tools and interpret data to validate test results
