Duties & Role:

  • System integration and technical coherence related to the Academy Learning Environment
  • Technical risk and dependency management
  • Architecture, lifecycle integration and technical roadmaps
  • Capability onboarding and transition to service
  • Operational assurance and service stability
  • Requirements translation and technical advice
  • Security compliance and CISPIA coordination

Requirements

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

  • The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
  • A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system integration, technical coordination or lifecycle management within complex IT environments.
  • Proven experience working across multiple technical domains, including applications, infrastructure, networking and cyber security.
  • Demonstrated experience managing system dependencies, integrations and transitions across the full system lifecycle.
  • Experience operating in structured, policy-driven environments with defined governance and security requirements.
  • Formal training or demonstrable experience in system integration, enterprise systems or technical architecture.
  • Familiarity with IT service management practices (e.g. ITIL).
  • Exposure to cloud-based platforms, learning technologies, virtualised environments or self-service laboratory solutions
  • Certification or formal training in enterprise or solution architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF), or demonstrable equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of IT governance and control frameworks (e.g. COBIT), particularly in regulated or security-driven environments.
  • Experience in training, education or mission-support environments involving CIS systems.
  • Experience supporting security accreditation and compliance activities.
