Specific Working Conditions:  The contractor will need to come into either Dutch or Belgian

NATO offices for the official NDWC all hands and the CPG all hands. Further to this the contractor shall visit The Hague premises for at least 3 consecutive working days in each of the

four quarters in the year of performance.

Duties and Role

  • Provide level 3 support to the second level support team.
  • Contribute to continuous service improvements through user stories and story points.
  • Deploy Intranet uplift components and develop use cases for vNext Digital Workplace platform, Virto One suite, and InfoPath alternatives.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum sprint process (3-week cycles).
  • Provide technical and functional support to the Digital Enablement team to accelerate their efforts.
  • Understand the NATO Enterprise Digital Workplace requirement and Strategy to envision and deploy (parts of) a vNext platform.

Requirements

  • NATO Secret security clearance
  • Experience with SharePoint service support and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of ITIL v4 framework and service level agreements.
  • Proficiency in incident and service request management using ITSM systems.
  • Experience with SharePoint configuration and troubleshooting across multiple security domains.
  • Understanding of Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Ability to create technical documentation and use cases.
  • Familiarity with IKM tools (EDMS, PITT, NIP, TT+) and NATO Restricted (NR) environments.
