Duties & Role:

Test IKM Tools releases through manual and automated testing of user behavior and backend functionalities across NATO networks.
Create and document test cases and guidelines (minimum 20 tests monthly).
Track tests and development tasks with the team.
Create technical and user guidelines including How-To's and Test Plans.
Act as Document Controller to ensure completeness, quality, and archival of CPS documentation.
Identify software defects and provide solutions with recommendations for improvements.
Participate in Agile Scrum sprint process (3-week cycles)

Requirements

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
Experience with application testing across multiple levels (system, integration, regression).
Knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
Familiarity with SharePoint environments and IKM tools (EDMS, PITT, NIP, TT+).
Ability to create test plans, test cases, and technical documentation.
Understanding of Agile Scrum methodology.
Experience with bug tracking and quality assurance processes.
Proficiency in documenting test results and creating user guidelines.
