Duties & Role:

  • Acting as the NATO Enterprise Change Assistant for two large scale ICT changes projects within NATO.
  • Support the creation of a comprehensive change management plan for the project in consultation with the project manager
  • Provide advice on OCM tools, templates and methodology to Project Change Manager.
  • Support the Project Change Manager in the creation of tools and documents related to project and change management.
  • Support delivery of Organisational Change Management workshops, upskilling sessions, tailored project change sessions and any other ad-hoc requests for OCM support.
  • Work with CDT & NCIA to support the creation of a benchmark and reporting mechanism to assess project success from a change management perspective.
  • Support the Implementation Project Manager and assistant in embedding and delivering the Enterprise OCM Framework ensuring project milestones are met on time and on budget.
  • Provide hands on ad-hoc administrative support the Change Project Manager and team.

Requirements

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

  • The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
  • A Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience.
  • Previous experience in supporting Project/Organisational Change Management projects.
  • Experience working in an international environment and/or internally dispersed project teams.
  • Understanding of NATO landscape and or experience in an International Organisation.
  • Good communications skills and experience in interacting with stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Self-sufficient and motivated to deliver best in class services
