Duties & Role:

Change Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute change management strategies for outsourcing transitions.
  • Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks and readiness gaps.
  • Align change plans with business goals, CPO policies, and legal requirements.

Communication Leadership

  • Design and deliver clear, consistent, and timely communication plans tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Craft messaging for leadership updates, employee briefings, FAQs, and external partner communications.
  • Manage communication channels (email, intranet, town halls, etc.) to ensure transparency and trust.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with CPO, Legal, IT, and Operations to coordinate change activities.
  • Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and training to support adoption and morale.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on communication tone, timing, and strategy.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track change adoption metrics and communication effectiveness.
  • Adjust strategies based on feedback, pulse surveys, and business outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

Requirements

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

  • The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Business, HR, or related field.
  • 5+ years in change management and business communication, transformation, preferably in outsourcing or shared services environments.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience and ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
