Duties & Role:

• Provide automated reporting on utilization of resources with regards to Active Directory objects (I.e. users) and capacity management
• Perform 2nd Level Support for Incident Management with regards to Active Directory
• Identifies operational problems and contributes to their resolution
• Provides appropriate information to specialists, users, and managers
• Develops & maintains Standard Operating Procedures and / or Standard Operating Instructions for routine system administration tasks
• Liaise with the Agency's Centralized Service Desk for incident, problem and change management
• Implementation of Group Policy Object (GPO) policies.
• Represent CES PaaS in Enterprise Service Operations Centre (ESOC) as 2nd Level Support as required

Requirements

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

• The candidate must have a currently active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET security clearance
• Knowledge of the entire Microsoft Operating system product line administration, with focus on Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 (Level 2 support) and Windows 10 client devices.
• Experience in automation via PowerShell.
• Experience with Active Directory user / group management and GPOs, federation.
• Knowledge of Virtualization and Platform services.
• Experience in reporting (E.g. PowerPoint, Excel).

Desirable:

• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reporting capabilities
• Experience with PowerBI creation of reports/dashboards
• Experience with Azure Active Directory
• Experience with Azure AD Connect.
