Duties & Role:
- Assists with monitoring and reporting upon all team receipt and dispatch logistical work. Ensures all logistical work is performed in line with the Agency's, industrial and/or military standards;
- Maintains custodial responsibility of all equipment in team and section working area;
- Ensures all CIS equipment discrepancies are fully identified, investigated, documented in the system of record, reported as required and implements corrective actions in accordance with NCI Agency directives;
- Ensures time for Agency training and credentials are accommodated appropriately in order to operate all equipment.
- Takes necessary action with management to ensure proper training is coordinated as not to interfere with duties;
- Maintains 100% accuracy of records for receipt and dispatch in systems of record and team trackers. Takes corrective action and notifies supervisors if any discrepancies are found;
- Responsible for the preparation and distribution of receipt documentation;
- Responsible for the preparation of shipping documentation to cover outbound shipments of equipment;
- Responsible for the adequate packaging of equipment being shipped to internal and external customers are in full compliance with Agency (including finance) Directives and Procedures, host nation Laws and Regulations and applicable shipping EU / International standards for road, air and sea shipments;
- Receives and issues a wide range of items, including physically sensitive, potentially Hazardous, expensive and priority material; ensures proper rules and regulations are followed during temporary storage of such materials. Takes corrective action to maintain compliance;
- Deputize for higher grade staff team leader NSC DRD 0020 as required;
- Fosters good relationships with the Base Support Group (BSG), Base Security and commercial vendors conducting official business with the Agency;
- Assists the organizations Security and Safety Managers to ensure team and sections work area remain in full compliance of all rules and measures;
- Performs Hand Over/Take Over (HOTO) in coordination with technicians and customers to ensure property accountability compliance;
Requirements
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- Higher Vocational training in Supply, Logistics, or Warehouse Management with 4 years' minimum experience.
- Experience in Inventorying CIS Equipment for accountability and accuracy.
- Experience in identification and corrections of Asset Management Deficiencies.
- Experience in Stock Management processes.
- Knowledge and experience using ORACLE database systems
