What You’ll Be Doing:

Create a new team that will take on some of the numerous challenges.
Take responsibility for delivering new functionality.
Manage the team members and hire new people to ensure fast delivery of new functionality and quick responses to problems in existing parts.

What We Look For In You:

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience with handling large volumes of incoming data.
Multithreading programming, understanding of CPU memory models.
Understanding of Linux system.
Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
Decent level of written and spoken English to work in an international environment.
Ability to design and oversee the architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Ability to identify bottlenecks and optimize code for performance, particularly in multithreaded and data-intensive applications.

Nice-to-have:

In-depth knowledge and expertise in real-time development with sub-microsecond latency.
Experience in HFT, telecommunication, game development, or any other field that works with limited resources and optimization.
Knowledge of networks and interaction protocols.
Proficient in using version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
