We are a well-established team based in Prague (Czech Republic), developing world-leading military simulations for major NATO powers and their allies. We constantly seek ways to advance the industry using the latest technologies and trends (such as whole-world simulations, motion tracking, VR, and AR).
We are looking for a C++ programmer for our AI team based in Prague.
Responsibilities:
- Write high-quality C++ code for the in-house game engine (such as improvements in the AI navigation, AI reasoning, etc.).
- Implement a range of behaviors based on military training use cases.
- Design and build scalable behavior trees and integrate them into the AI framework.
- Communicate clearly and professionally both in person and online in a collaborative team environment.
- Engage with subject matter experts and/or customers.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in software development.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in C++.
- Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and time complexity.
- Basic knowledge of linear algebra.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in English at a communicative level.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Simulation or Game development.
- Experience in Game AI.
