We are a well-established team based in Prague (Czech Republic), developing world-leading military simulations for major NATO powers and their allies. We are looking for a C++ programmer for our AI team based in Prague.

Responsibilities:

  • Write high-quality C++ code for the in-house game engine (such as improvements in the AI navigation, AI reasoning, etc.).
  • Implement a range of behaviors based on military training use cases.
  • Design and build scalable behavior trees and integrate them into the AI framework.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally both in person and online in a collaborative team environment.
  • Engage with subject matter experts and/or customers.

 

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in software development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in C++.
  • Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and time complexity.
  • Basic knowledge of linear algebra.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English at a communicative level.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Simulation or Game development.
  • Experience in Game AI.
  • Knowledge of the Lua scripting language.
