Job Overview

Raw materials purchasing and ensure the on time delivery

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead the overall fulfillment activities raw material purchasing and inventory management.

Create Purchase Orders to Suppliers for raw materials and get confirmation on time.

下订单给供应商并且及时拿到订单确认信息

Communicate with planning team about material’s delivery schedules

和计划组及时沟通材料的交付情况

Coordinate with forwarder and logistics team to ensure material arrive on time

和货代和物流组沟通确保材料的准时到达

Maintain system information including AB, LA, etc to ensure SAP is running correctly and information is communicated effectively through system

PO management include pull in, push out, cancel & escalation

Qualifications Required:

2-5 years' experience in Purchasing or Planning role

Good English ability, both spoken and written.

Detail Oriented, sensitive to numbers and strong analytical skills

Excellent sense to SAP or ERP system and computer savvy. Ability to utilize digitization tools
