Zeeco collaborates with the biggest names in the industry, enabling individuals to broaden their skills alongside teams of subject matter experts.   Key Responsabilities ·         Register suppliers in the system. ·         Make quotations with suppliers. ·         Issue purchase orders in the SAP B1 ERP system. ·         Monitor delivery times with suppliers. ·         Issue import and/or export documents, assisting and monitoring the flow of documents with interested parties. ·         Assist in checking customs and tax documents. ·         Assist in checking NCMs and taxes. ·        Sending tax and financial documents to accounting. Qualifications and Experience ·         Bachelor's Degree or studying, Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics and Engineering. ·         2+ year´s experience in the area. ·         Intermediate/advanced English (writing and conversation). Technical Skills ·         Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Power Point ·         Knowledge of ERP SAP B1. ·         Tax Knowledge (ICMS, PIS/COFINS, ISS).
