Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise and motivate the butler team to ensure exceptional service delivery that exceeds guest expectations.
• Manage the daily operations of the butler service, including scheduling, task assignment, and workflow management.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills, knowledge, and product offerings.
• Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently, maintaining the organization's exemplary service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns to ensure a memorable experience for each guest.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Maintain strong communication with guests to anticipate their needs and preferences.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Butler or in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel environment.
• In-depth knowledge of butler services and standards.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
