As Butler at Hotel Cipriani, you are an essential member of the guest services team, delivering personalized and anticipatory service to ensure each guest’s stay is memorable. Butlers report to the Guest Relations Manager.

As a Butler at Hotel Cipriani you will

  • provide impeccable guest service, anticipating and fulfilling their needs.
  • Coordinate transfers, reservations, and special guest requests in collaboration with the Concierge department.
  • Ensure accurate preparation of rooms and suites.
  • Communicate with the housekeeping department to ensure rooms are cleaned according to guest needs/requests.
  • Communicate with the room service department to ensure rooms are set up according to guest needs/requests.
  • take care of packing/unpacking
  • Perform all duties with discretion and professionalism.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of all hotel services for guests.
  • Anticipate guest needs by learning their preferences, allergies.
  • Uphold guest safety, privacy, and confidentiality at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Italian. French will be preferential.
  • Customer-oriented and attentive to detail.
  • Flexibility in working hours and availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of reception, housekeeping, and/or F&B service techniques. 

Candidates must be eligible to work in Italy at the moment of application.
