We’re looking for a Business Transformation Manager to join our Transformation team in Paris.  In this role you will play a pivotal role in advancing the long-term success of the EMEA wide GTM organisation. This position is responsible for supporting the design and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen business processes, and enable sustainable growth for our Hospitality product. 

By leveraging data-driven insights, the role identifies opportunities for improvement and leads the development and implementation of solutions aimed at improving performance, optimising operations, and increasing overall profitability.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Take part and support cross-functional transformation projects across GTM (Go-To-Market) and operational teams.
  • Design, implement, and manage pilot programs to test new processes, tools, or structures, and use data to recommend broader rollouts.
  • Identify project scopes, stakeholder alignment, timeline creation, and ensure flawless execution and follow-up.
  • Foster collaboration and clear communication across departments to maintain alignment and momentum.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts, including communication plans and training programs to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Identify key trends from a large data set, determine underlying drivers of trends, and build simple financial / data models.
  • Conduct analysis of internal workflows, performance metrics, and user feedback to identify bottlenecks and efficiency opportunities.
  • Document, standardize, and promote best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with RevOps, and other analytics teams if needed to derive insights, develop reports/dashboards, and measure impact of transformation efforts.
  • Continuously assess priorities and adapt your focus in line with the company’s growth and regional needs.

 

What you need to bring:

We're looking for someone who has experience with the following:

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies with projects such as process improvements and initiatives, change management initiatives and strategic planning with GTM leaders.
  • Proven track record of driving results to meet KPIs across a department or organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions.
  • A natural inclination to listen to clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored guidance.
  • A drive to achieve results and exceed expectations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Ability to communicate confidently, effectively, and succinctly to executives and senior leadership the key takeaways and high-level asks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Consultancy experience is a plus
  • An educational background in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.
