We’re hiring experienced consultants who lead commercial transformation from concept to execution and roll-out. You’ll work with clients to design new ways of working across sales, marketing, and service—supported by systems, data, and clear business logic.
You’ll help structure complexity, bring clarity, and turn plans into actions.
Your tasks
- Design and lead commercial and go-to-market transformation projects
- Build future-state business processes and operating models
- Define concepts across customer journeys, service models, and sales approaches
- Facilitate workshops and create clear documentation
- Align business processes with technology and data flows
- Support organizational change, training, and capability building
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, service, IT, and 3rd party vendors
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in consulting, transformation, or commercial roles
- Strong background in:
- Business process design
- Business concept development
- Sales, service, and marketing operations
- Clear thinking and structured problem-solving
- Experience working directly with business and functional stakeholders
Hands-on skills with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Miro, Lucidchart
Nice to Have
- Experience in the Consumer Goods or Retail sectors
- Work on topics such as:
- Revenue growth strategy (pricing, promotions, product mix)
- Trade promotion planning and execution
- Key account and customer business planning
- Field sales, retail execution, or service excellence
- Exposure to tools like:
- Salesforce (Consumer Goods Cloud, TPM, CRM, REX)
- SAP (SD, TPM modules)
- Power BI, Tableau, image recognition tools
