Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support system implementation and optimization.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of business processes and system architecture
  • Experience with requirement gathering and documentation (BRD/FRD)
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Visio, or similar
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, or database systems
  • Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
