About the Role

We’re expanding our Operational Excellence team to power the next stage of growth at EXUS , and we’re looking for a tech-savvy Business Systems Analyst to optimize the tools, systems, and workflows that drive our operations.

This is a key role for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, enabling teams through technology, and continuously improving the way we work.

You will be at the heart of this effort, ensuring our tools evolve with the business, automations free up time for high-value work, and data empowers informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Internal Tools & Automations & User Enablement
    • Design, configure, maintain, and continuously improve company-wide tools, like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and HubSpot to support scalable operations, including user enablement and documentation.
    • Support the rollout and adoption of tools and systems through training, documentation, and ongoing user enablement.

 

  • Improve Processes & Workflows
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure alignment with business goals and operational standards.

 

  • Generate Insights Through Data & Reporting
    • Conduct analysis and maintain dashboards to provide performance insights, track KPIs, and support operational decision-making, ensuring accuracy and data integrity throughout.

  • Support Change & Project Execution
    • Assist with change management efforts and cross-functional projects related to tooling, automation, and process optimization.

  • Ensure Compliance & Continuous Improvement
    • Contribute to internal and external audits, support reviews on the application of operational standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops and best practice sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement and automation, or business systems support in fast paced IT industry or software environment.
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, or similar platforms to support workflow automation and operational efficiency
  • Proven hands-on experience using reporting and analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI (or equivalent) to build dashboards, track KPIs, and generate insights that support data-driven decision-making
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate), AI-enhanced tools, or project coordination experience
  • Project coordination or Agile project management experience
