Business Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data-driven projects.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
  • Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories.
  • Assist in data mapping, validation, and quality checks with the data engineering team.
  • Support UAT and ensure delivered features meet business expectations.Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to aid decision-making
    • Required Skills
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Exposure to data engineering tools and processes (ETL, data pipelines, data warehousing).Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and basic SQL.
    • Nice to have
  • Experience with platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
    • Work Hours
  • Flexibility to work India night shift with overlap until 3 PM Pacific Time.
