Turf Masters Brands is looking for a Business Systems Administrator who will be responsible for coordinating the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Turf Masters Brands information systems. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field (preferred).
Associate’s degree with relevant experience will be considered.
Certifications in database administration, CRM administration, or system administration are a plus.

Experience:
3 years of experience in field service and specific Workwave products strongly preferred
3 years of experience in employee or software customer support and management strongly preferred

Skills:  
*Strong understanding of RealGreen software, it’s associated modules, and automation strongly preferred.
*Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop solutions.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with users and functional department teams.
*Ability to plan, organize, and manage projects effectively.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
*Knowledge of relevant business requirements and objectives:
*Familiarity with operations standards and regulations related to information management.
 
General Responsibilities:
*Evaluating user needs, designing system improvements, and ensuring systems meet organizational requirements.
*Handling routine maintenance, resolving user issues, and ensuring systems operate efficiently.
*Implementing procedures to maintain data integrity, security, and compliance.
*Coordinating the implementation of new systems, upgrades, and changes.
*Providing training and support to users on how to effectively use the systems.
*Track and escalate tickets and keep track of issues resolved by Real Green
*Creating Reports, maintaining documentation, and communicating system status.
