Roles and Responsibilities

  • Bring in Salesforce and Marketing Automation Platform expertise for solution design and project execution

  • Work with internal customers, cross-functional team members and vendors, manage complex system projects related to the sales & marketing business processes.

  • Leverage sales & marketing systems and tools to the best possible extent and drive industry best practices for B2B enterprise automation technology innovations.

  • Align with members of Commercial Ops, IT, and other stakeholders to maintain the integrity of the worldwide sales and marketing automation business systems.

  • Be the subject matter expert for Salesforce and marketing automation teams, aiding usage, troubleshooting, configuration, and enablement.

  • Work closely with sales & marketing product management, other teams, and international counterparts to deliver solutions that can scale globally.

  • Support, configure, test, and troubleshoot applications and tools that enable sales, marketing automation, lead management functions, and related business processes.

  • Work with the integration teams to design and develop interfaces/integration to and from salesforce.com/marketo and related internal and external systems.

  • Help conduct impact analysis, document process models, define proposed technical solutions as part of qualification recommendations to optimize Sales & Marketing capabilities across systems, including opportunity, account, contact management, email marketing, response capture, lead scoring, lead nurture, sales enablement, lead funnel metrics and revenue cycle analytics.

  • Emphasize on Business Process Improvement and Automation of key marketing/sales and cross-functional processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of related business analyst with hands-on configuration experience on sales & marketing automation applications, preferably Salesforce & Marketo

  • Salesforce & Marketo technical experience strongly preferred.

  • CRM certifications with Marketo & Salesforce (strongly preferred)

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud (application design and architecture using Salesforce)

  • Strong understanding of data hygiene and analytics

  • Previous/Current implementation experience of Salesforce and Marketing Automation solutions or other related solutions

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technology or equivalent experience in the relevant field.

It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target compensation ranges are listed.
