About the Role:

Motive is building out its first SDR Operations group and is looking for a highly motivated Business Strategy & Operations Analyst to join the Motive team. You will collaborate closely with our SDR Directors, SDR Managers, sales, enablement, marketing, finance, and commissions teams to build and maintain the operational processes driving our revenue growth. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Create Ad-Hoc SFDC reporting
  • Maintain accurate team roles, hierarchies and ramping schedules
  • Maintain and update AE/SDR alignment in Salesforce for appropriate account distribution
  • Partner with Enablement to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
  • Collaborate with commissions team to audit monthly commissionable opportunities for appropriate payouts
  • Communicate project progress, expectations, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Utilize project management tools and software, such as Asana, or JIRA, to help manage and solve ticket requests
  • Analyze individual data, operational efficiency, and other relevant metrics
  • Track and report on daily key metrics such as MQLs and campaigns to measure the success of strategic initiatives
  • Prepare Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews to communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders
  • Act as the liaison between the SDR team and Sales Operations

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in a Sales Operations role at a B2B company; experience in tech companies a plus 
  • Exceptional skills in tools including Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, SalesLoft, and extensive experience working with large data sets 
  • Strong analytical skills that go beyond creating reports to drive insights for the business 
  • Ability to independently prioritize tasks and drive multiple projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
