Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive company growth.
- Translate business strategy into actionable plans and oversee their implementation across departments.
- Operational Excellence:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure operational alignment with the startup’s growth targets.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and various departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment of priorities.
- Facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and impact.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage high-priority projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met within set timelines.
- Oversee project teams, providing guidance, support, and ensuring effective collaboration.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the CEO in meetings and strategic discussions as needed.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze market trends, business performance, and operational metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports and insights to the executive team.
Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized business school.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in consulting, preferably with experience in strategy, project management consulting or management consulting.
- Experience in high-growth startup environments or tech-driven industries is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the construction and tech sectors, with an understanding of market dynamics and trends in Saudi Arabia.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and execute high-impact business strategies.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and time management.
