Who You Are
You are an analytically minded, early-career finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You have foundational experience in financial analysis, accounting, or consulting and are excited to deepen your exposure to M&A, strategic evaluation, and cross-functional operations within a high growth SaaS company.
You are organized, curious, and eager to learn, someone who enjoys digging into numbers, conducting structured research, and bringing clarity to ambiguous situations. You’re dependable, communicate clearly, and take pride in delivering well-organized work that helps senior leaders make informed decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assist in screening, prioritizing, and documenting inbound M&A opportunities.
Manage NDAs and coordinate initial information requests with potential sellers
Conduct early-stage research on companies, markets, and competitive landscapes.
Prepare concise deal briefs and summaries to support leadership evaluation.
Process & Diligence Coordination
Coordinate communication across internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Comms, Product, Ops).
Track diligence requests, documentation, and timelines across multiple deals simultaneously.
Keep process documentation and opportunity trackers updated and organized.
Ensure all stakeholders have visibility into deal status, dependencies, and outstanding items.
Financial Modeling & Analysis
Support financial modeling by gathering data, maintaining assumptions, and building components with guidance.
Analyze revenue, margins, KPIs, and financial statements to evaluate opportunities.
Assist in valuation work, scenario analysis, and comparative deal assessments in partnership with Finance.
Execution Support (As Needed)
Support transaction execution tasks, including documentation, communications, and timeline tracking.
Assist in drafting internal memos, diligence summaries, and presentation materials.
Provide structured support on risk, compliance, and process-related tasks as you gain experience.
What you Will Bring
3 - 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, consulting, FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, or similar analytical roles.
Strong foundational understanding of accounting, financial statements, and core finance concepts.
Experience contributing to financial models and an eagerness to grow deeper modeling expertise.
Strong research skills and an ability to turn unstructured data into clear insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in summarizing complex concepts.
High attention to detail, disciplined organization, and consistent follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with reliability and structure.
Comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.

The salary range for this position is $81000 - $102000 annually
