About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Business Recruiter to support hiring across our G&A and medical excellence at Neko Health. This is a high-impact role for someone who can help attract and hire strong operators and functional specialists that drive operational excellence and scale our business.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders to hire across multiple business functions. Your focus will be on quality, collaboration, and helping ensure that we bring in the right talent to build a strong foundation for growth.
Responsibilities
Support hiring across G&A and business functions, including People, Finance, Legal, Strategy, Marketing, Communications, and Operations across the US and Europe.
Source proactively and creatively, using diverse talent pools across corporate, scale-up, and high-performance environments.
Partner with senior leadership to advise on role requirements, organisational needs, and hiring priorities.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track and report on pipeline performance, helping identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Requirements
3+ years of experience hiring G&A or business function talent in high-growth, fast-paced, or complex environments, ideally within healthcare, medical, or the hospital industries.
Proven ability to identify and attract talent from top-performing companies or scale-ups.
Strong sourcing skills and a research-driven approach to uncovering high-quality candidates.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders.
Bonus points
Prior experience supporting multiple G&A verticals or working as a generalist recruiter.
Passion for healthcare, mission-driven companies, or tech-enabled services.
Experience hiring across both Europe and the US.
