About The Role
The recruiting team is responsible for driving GlossGenius’ success by finding extraordinary people that are excited by our mission to empower entrepreneurship. As a Business Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting and hiring exceptional talent across a diverse set of departments and levels including but not limited to Marketing, Sales, Strategy, G&A, and Customer Experience. You will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, driving our ambitious growth goals by delivering high-caliber candidates who will raise the bar at GlossGenius.
You will report to the Senior Manager of Business Recruiting. We default to being in-office 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Benefits & Perks
The starting base salary for this role in New York, California, and Washington is between $100,000-$130,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
