We are hiring remotely across the Americas (United States, Canada, LATAM).
As we scale from 75 to 150+ employees, you'll play a key role in growing our talent acquisition engine across business functions. You'll own end-to-end hiring, from sourcing candidates to close, for GTM and BizOps roles.
In a tight partnership with hiring managers across the company, you'll get to innovate, automate, and shape how we find, engage, and hire the best team members that power Aleph.
Full-cycle ownership (sourcing, outreach, screening, coordination, candidate experience, offer process) across GTM and BizOps functions
Build and maintain strong pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates
Leverage and continuously improve robust hiring processes and documentation
Be a trusted partner to hiring managers across GTM and BizOps
4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across business functions, including experience in high-growth startups
Comfortable recruiting across role types and can quickly learn what makes candidates great in each function
Creativity with outbound sourcing: you’re proud of finding talent others can't
Proficient with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby and Juicebox
Skilled at leveraging data and analytics to inform sourcing strategies and optimize funnel performance
Passionate about the candidate experience and take pride in being the first impression of Aleph
