About the Role

This Project Manager role will lead both IT-driven and business-focused projects, including high-impact initiatives such as expanding business sites, managing RFPs for new vendors, and overseeing vendor tool implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that are critical to business growth and operational efficiency.

Your day to day

  • End-to-End Project Delivery: Manage large-scale IT and business projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are consistently achieved.
  • Business Project Leadership: Lead business projects such as RFP processes for vendors, and vendor implementation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear project objectives and milestones.
  • Project Governance: Implement governance frameworks including RAID logs, status reporting, and stakeholder communication for both IT and business projects.
  • Resource & Risk Management: Conduct detailed resource planning, capacity management, and risk assessments for all assigned projects.
  • Agile & Waterfall Methodologies: Champion appropriate project management methodologies based on project type (Agile for IT, Waterfall for business projects as needed).
  • Status Reporting: Facilitate regular status meetings, ensuring accurate project health reporting and timely risk mitigation.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and implementation for business-critical systems.
  • Change Management: Drive change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years’ experience in project/program management roles, including business transformation projects.
  • Proven experience managing sensitive business projects (e.g., new site launches, HRIS/Payroll vendor RFPs and implementations).
  • Experience in technically complex IT project management roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in vendor management and business process improvement.
  • Fluency in English

Bonus Points

  • US Healthcare experience with payer experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification.
  • Certified Scrum Master.
  • Experience with vendor selection processes.

Working Conditions

  • Work hours: 1pm to 10pm NPT
