🚀 Your Mission

As a Business Process Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of designing, automating, and optimizing Front2Back processes. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to break down processes, design workflows, and implement transformative solutions with tools like Camunda. No two days will look the same - you’ll be solving complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making a tangible difference.

Role Description

• Take ownership of analyzing, planning, and designing automation solutions using BPM workflow tools (e.g., Camunda), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with clients to define both technical and business requirements for process automation, and drive the adoption of innovative technologies.
• Support the ongoing implementation of new use cases and expansion of project scope.
• Contribute to the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of projects in the areas of process design and business transformation.

Skills and Expertise

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting or project management within the financial services sector.
• Knowledge of banking business processes and a solid understanding of the financial industry.
• Hands-on experience with regulatory topics in the financial sector.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with a variety of tools for process modeling (e.g., Camunda), project management, and analysis.
• Fluency in German and English
