This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity for recent graduates looking to jump‑start their career in tech. This role is ideal for candidates with degrees in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or Computer Science who are eager to break into software, IT, and cybersecurity.

What you’ll do: 

• Work closely with business teams to map and understand current workflows, identifying opportunities for AI integration.  
• Redesign workflows to enable AI agent integration across business systems.  
• Develop prompting skills and maintain prompt libraries to optimize AI agent performance.  
• Gather requirements, document findings, and create AI use-case briefs with success criteria and guardrails.  
• Lead workshops and discussions to inform and educate stakeholders on AI opportunities.   
• Collaborate across a variety of business units, translating complex ideas into accessible documentation.   
• Provide administrative support for AI-related projects, including scheduling, documentation, and status tracking.  
• Spread AI culture across the organization by teaching employees how to use Ivanti’s AI tools effectively.  
• Assist teams with AI agent creation and workflow questions, acting as an internal AI enablement resource.  
• Stay curious—keep up-to-date on emerging AI technologies and best practices. 

What you will bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply).  
• Demonstrated interest or experience in AI, agentic AI or business process improvement.  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you collaborate effectively with diverse teams.  
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.  
• Analytical mindset—skilled at gathering, interpreting, and presenting data.  
• Basic understanding of project coordination and requirements gathering; exposure to tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms is a plus.  
• Interest in prompt engineering, AI agent design, and familiarity with LLMs or AI tools.  
• Curious, collaborative, and solution-focused, with a drive for continuous improvement.
