Business Performance Manager - Virtual Power Plant (f/m/x)

As Business Performance Manager (f/m/x) at Enpal, you will help optimize one of Europe’s most innovative energy platforms. You will measure and optimize the performance of our Virtual Power Plant (VPP) — a revolutionary system connecting solar panels, batteries, and heat pumps to trade and balance electricity in real time. You will build dashboards, generate insights, and contribute to strategic decisions across Product, Operations, and Finance, directly shaping the future of decentralized energy.

What You’ll Do

• Analyse and monitor business performance metrics (revenue, margins, unit economics, growth drivers).
• Build dashboards, reports, and models to enable data-driven decisions.
• Develop insights and recommendations for management and Product/Operations teams.
• Perform ad-hoc quantitative analyses, including SQL queries or similar.
• Contribute to strategy projects, e.g., forecasting, efficiency initiatives, and new business cases.

• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data/Analytics, or similar.
• 2–3 years of experience in analytics, business performance, FP&A, business development, or consulting.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; enjoys solving complex problems.
• Experience with SQL or a similar querying language.
• Confident working independently and building new processes.
• Very good English; fluency in German is a strong plus.
