Business Partnership Opportunity - Independent Referral Broker Engagement

We are looking to partner with independent brokerage firms and professionals who specialize in connecting people, building partnerships, and opening doors through strong professional networks. This opportunity is designed for established businesses that thrive on generating referrals and cultivating strategic relationships.

As an independent broker partner, your firm will identify and cultivate referral opportunities, broker introductions, and develop strategic relationships that drive business growth. Your firm will act as a connector between decision-makers, partners, and service providers, creating value through meaningful, well-timed connections.

We partner with established brokers and agencies who serve multiple clients, making this an excellent opportunity for professionals who already operate within a networked business environment.

The ideal broker partner has strong pre-existing relationships at the C-Suite and decision-making levels within any of the following industries:

• Financial Services – banking, wealth management, family offices, pension funds, etc.
• Insurance – Carriers and agencies within the home, auto, life, and renters’ verticals
• Associations & Unions
• Multifamily Housing
• Marketing organizations & multi-level marketing companies
• Employee Benefits
• Life Coaching

Scope of Engagement

• Leverage existing professional networks to generate qualified leads and referral opportunities
• Identify and engage prospective partners, vendors, and business contacts
• Facilitate introductions and broker relationship-building between parties
• Maintain confidentiality when brokering introductions

• Must have an established business entity (LLC, corporation, or sole proprietorship with a business license)

Ideal partners operate their own brokerage with existing client relationships

• Proven track record in networking, referrals, business development, partnerships, or brokerage engagements

• Experience working with executives, business owners, or decision-makers

• Existing network within relevant industries is strongly preferred

Engagement Terms

This is an independent business-to-business engagement. Compensation is based on performance and paid upon invoice. Broker partners determine their own schedules, methods, and tools, and may simultaneously engage with other companies. Broker partners operate under their own business name and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.
