Compensation:

New hires for this position typically start between $111,706 and $148,941 annually, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.

What you'll do
The Business Operations Manager (BOM) oversees the daily operations of Production Control, Administrative Support, and Customer Service, within Pioneer Industries and is responsible for designing and implementing consistent, standardized processes and organizational policies that drive business goals and objectives.  Responsible for leading and managing the activities of the ERP weekly closing.  The BOM will identify opportunities and influence leaders by sharing the vision and promoting cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources to achieve business success.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree (industrial engineering, technology, supply chain, operations management, business administration or management) and five years of experience in a manufacturing production control setting or ten years of experience in a manufacturing production control setting in lieu of educational requirement
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain operations (Purchasing, Supplier monitoring and Performance etc.)
  • 3+ years of successfully leading people in a production environment.

 

Preferably you'll bring

  • Preference 1 Epicor system experience
  • Aerospace manufacturing experience
